Dr. Stephanie Giles-Merrick, PH.D.

Dr. Stephanie Merrick is CEO of (SAS) Solutions Always Simple Consulting LLC., a strategic training consultant cultivating and gaining trust and providing expert knowledge to help organizations maximize their business results by keeping employees engaged. She is a motivational speaker and certified coach working with teams or one on one coaching. Before her career as a consultant, Stephanie spent over 20 years in human resource positions in various environments ranging from small businesses to church organizations and industries, including healthcare, non-profit, professional services, and global platforms.  She holds a Master of Business Management from Troy University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership and Organizational Change from Walden University.  Dr. Merrick has a reputation for getting results, being resourceful, and the go-to person.  She has a passion for lifelong learning and believes, “If you want to follow your dreams, be willing to be different.” Read More

 

 

Dr. Reverend Wilhelmenia D. Devone-Harvey

Dr. DeVone-Harvey is the Senior Pastor of Ridge Grove African Methodist Episcopal Church located in Hampton, Georgia, six years. She works full-time as a Senior Staff Attorney/Advisor.  Also, Dr. DeVone- Harvey has served as a former Deputy Ethics Counselor with the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review of the Social Security Administration. With the responsibility to ensure the compliance of federal requirements by administrative law judges in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. Also,  she served as an Adjunct Professor teaching law at Point University. 
 
Dr. Devone-Harvey was honored as an Outstanding Federal Employee of the Year in 2014. She has a decorated career in the Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps, having served in Georgia and Europe. She worked her way up the ranks from a Private First Class and retired in 2013 at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Read More
 
 
Angelica Wheeler-Flowers
 
Angelica received her Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Kennesaw State University. She is the Human Resources Manager in a private corporation. She conducts employee relations investigations, as well as providing coaching and guidance on policies and procedures. Angelica’s role helps develop leaders, boost employee morale, and promote a hostile free work environment.
Human Resource is her passion; because she enjoys influencing people without authority and loves coaching leaders on how to address conflict. She is a champion for diversity and inclusion. She trains and facilitates discussion for managers on how to deal with legal and unethical issues. Angelica believes it is essential for team members and managers to understand that your organization has a zero-tolerance for combative or disruptive behavior, but it requires the efforts of everyone.
